CDI units at Tuticorin and Ramanathapuram
CDI drinking water kiosks have been installed in Ramanathapuram and Tuticorin districts of Tamilnadu. With the CSR intervention of IOCL in collaboration with ICCW-IITM two CDI units with a capacity of 4000 litres per day each and one unit with a capacity of 2000 litres per day has been installed Vedapatti, Veppalodai villages of Tuticorin and Vagaikulam village of Ramanathapuram district. These units are solar operated drinking water kiosks and include maintenance for a period of three years.
