Mr E Nandakumar is the CEO of ICCW – translating into business a reality with his team leadership.
Mr E Nandakumar is the CEO of the International Centre for Clean Water at the IIT Madras, Research Park. He is based in Chennai, India.
Mr Nandakumar is an IITM alumnus (1984) and has a PGDBM from XLRI (1988).
He has over three decades of experience in leading corporations like ITC. During his career, he worked in multiple roles and multiple businesses – Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Management in Packaging & Printing, Specialty Papers, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industries. With a multi-disciplinary and human-centric approach, he played a pivotal role in the turn-around of two of ITC’s businesses. He also was responsible for creating a resilient outsourced manufacturing setup for the Education & Stationery Business – An approach that was recognized among the top three best business practices in ITC.
In June 2017, he left the corporate world to found Harmony Pro Solutions – a company focused on leveraging the Theory of Constraints to help Start-ups and MSMEs achieve rapid, exponential growth.
He is a trained facilitator for Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma and a certified Instructor-cum-Mentor for the Lean Start-Up methodology.
